My Life Before UX
I was born and raised in Indonesia. I came to Canada in 2021 to pursue an education in Computing Science. However, I soon realized that I was more drawn into designing experiences and conducting research for users. I became deeply fascinated with the intersection of human behavior and design. I realized how design can act as a form of persuasion — analyzing the human behavior and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

What I Do Now
Currently, I am working at Nielsen Norman Group as a UX Research Intern while finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Simon Fraser University’s School of Interactive Arts & Technology. I am also working at a startup called Albo as a product designer! I previously worked at Samsung, Fraser Health, and CJSF Radio as a UX Researcher, Product Designer, and Visual Designer. I’m also involved in student communities like Enactus, Surge and IATSU!

Outside of UX...
I love musical theatre and art. You’ll often find me watching Broadway musicals, playing the piano, enjoying cozy games on my Steam Deck and PC, or belting out tunes at karaoke nights with my friends!
